Spektrometr dielektryczny w laboratorium Zespołu Nieorganicznych Materiałów Molekularnych

Concept 11 dielectric spectrometer by Novocontrol for the examination of the dielectric properties of solid samples. The spectrometer operates in the temperature range of −100 - +250 °C, which allows for a study of thermal phase transitions in para- and ferroelectrics (e.g. order-disorder phase transitions) in a wide frequency range of an alternating electric field (3 μHz - 300 kHz , amplitude: 0.2 mV - 3 V).

Elektrochemiczny analizator impedancji w laboratorium Zespołu Nieorganicznych Materiałów Molekularnych

BioLogic MTZ-35 impedance analyzer for studies of ionic conductivity in solids. The apparatus is equipped with a sample chamber for the control of environmental conditions (CESH) and an ITS climatic chamber (operation in the temerature range of −35 °C - +150 °C). The analyser records high-resolution impedance data in a wide frequency range (10 µHz - 35 MHz).

Tester ferroelektryczny w laboratorium Zespołu Nieorganicznych Materiałów Molekularnych

Precision Premier II ferroelectric tester by Radiant for polarization measurements in an external dc and ac (variable frequency) electric field in solid samples, which include the studies of polarization hysteresis, leakage current examination, and the use of the PUND pulse technique. The device combines an internal amplifier that allows for the application of voltage up to ± 500V and an adapter for measurements in the high voltage range up to ± 10 kV with an appropriate amplifier. Field frequency for hysteresis measurements ranges from 0.03 Hz to 250 kHz. The tester also provides pulse tests with the shortest pulse length of 400 ns. Charge resolution: 5.3 mC.

Miernik źródła w laboratorium Zespołu Nieorganicznych Materiałów Molekularnych

Keithley 2450 source meter operating as current source combined with precision voltage- (up to 210 V) and current-meters. The instrument is equipped with (i) a graphical interface, thanks to which the device can be used as a precise power supply with voltage and current readings, (ii) a real current source, (iii) a digital multimeter, and (iv) a precise electronic load. The source meter is adapted to study electroluminescence and photoluminescence in an external electric field. Nevertheless, it can also be used with a variety of other instruments for an examination of the impact of external electric field on other physical properties.

Napylarka niskopróżniowa w laboratorium Zespołu Nieorganicznych Materiałów Molekularnych

SEC MCM-100P ion sputter coater used for the preparation of thin layers of gold in low-vacuum conditions. The sputter coating with Au improves the conductivity of samples in scanning electron microscopy. Moreover, by the use of appropriate masks, it is possible to prepare electrical contacts on the sample surface (for impedance measurements).
